RTIC places learning in a real context: a question that needs evidence, a feature that needs to work, or an idea that needs to be explained clearly to someone else.
The club's published mission is to foster an academic community, turn research knowledge into practical products, and approach technological problems from new perspectives.

A student community shaped by the people building it.
RTIC's public archive identifies HCMUTE PTIC—Pioneers of Technology and Innovation Club—as its predecessor. The move to “Research” made the club's emphasis on deeper inquiry and well-founded projects more explicit.
The archive does not present a consistently verified rebrand date, so this page preserves the transition as part of the club's early story without turning an uncertain date into a milestone.
