Activities / How we learn

Learning is a
verb.

RTIC organizes learning around training, projects, research, and workshops. Each format aims for an outcome that can be reviewed, shared, or developed further.

RTIC / Practice index

04

A continuous loop of learning, making, testing, and sharing.

01 / Activity index

Four ways to turn knowledge into capability.

01

Training

Build foundations with direction

Core concepts are broken into a clear path, paired with hands-on work and feedback so learners know what to improve next.

Foundations · practice · feedback

02

Projects

Learn inside a product team

Members frame a need, divide the work, review one another, and move an idea toward a version people can actually use.

Working product · collaboration · portfolio

03

Research

Ask, test, and explain

A research topic moves through literature, hypotheses, experiments, and an evidence-based account of what the results mean.

Review · experiment · report

04

Workshops

Share to understand more deeply

Each session stays close to a focused problem, practical examples, open discussion, and material that remains useful afterward.

Talk · discussion · open notes

02 / Learning rhythm

Not a straight line. A loop.

A member might begin in training, join a project, encounter a worthwhile research question, then return to share what they found. Each loop deepens the knowledge and improves the work.

  1. 01LearnUnderstand the idea and observe how it is applied.
  2. 02MakeUse it in an exercise or a real product feature.
  3. 03TestReview, measure, and correct what does not hold up.
  4. 04ShareExplain it clearly enough to help someone else.

03 / Sharing formats

Two rooms for knowledge to move.

RTIC presents Tech Sync and Research Sprint as two discussion formats shaped around different learning needs.

FORMAT / A

Technology & practice

RTIC: Tech Sync

Conversations about technology, implementation, and lessons gathered while building real products.

FORMAT / B

Research & discussion

RTIC: Research Sprint

Focused reading, analysis, and discussion around a concrete research question or topic.
