01Do I need strong technical skills before joining?+
No. RTIC values curiosity, initiative, and the ability to keep a commitment. Apprenticeship and training are designed to build foundations before you move into project work.
02Is member recruitment open now?+
This website does not present an intake as open without an official announcement. Follow the RTIC Fanpage for the latest dates, criteria, and application form.
03Must I choose a specialization immediately?+
Not necessarily. You can explore several activities first, then choose a direction that fits what you want to learn and the kind of problems you want to solve.
04Can I contribute to a project without becoming a member?+
That depends on the scope and timing of each project. Send a short introduction through the Fanpage, including what you can contribute and why the work interests you.
